產品說明:
果蔬漂燙機是果蔬加工中原料預處理設備之一,通過預煮可以防止褐變,抑制活性酶并可以使果膠分解提高出汁率。
主機結構:由動力傳動部分、輸送螺旋、出料轉斗、內外筒體、蒸汽管、機架等部分組成,除動力及軸承等一些標準件外,其余為不銹鋼304材料。
工作時,物料由進料口加入,進入螺旋預煮機中,蒸汽通過管路進入夾套,將內筒的水加熱,同時也將物料加熱。物料在螺旋推進器的作用下,邊加熱邊前進,達到工藝要求的溫度及時間后,物料由出料口排出。

Machine Introduction
The fruit and vegetable spiral washing Blancher machine is one of the raw material pre-treating equipment for processing fruit and vegetable. The pre- boiling can prevent browning, prohibit active enzyme, make the pectin decompose and enhance the juice extracting rate.
Main machine structure: composed of motor, conveying spiral, discharging hopper, internal and external tank bodies, steam tube and machine frame etc.
During the operation, the materials are fed into the spiral pre- boiling machine through the material inlet. After the steam enters into dimple jacket through pipe, the water in the internal tank will be heated and so will the materials. Under the function of spiral propeller, the materials are moving forwards while being heated. After reaching the temperature and time required , the materials will be discharged through the material outlet.
