為什么洗沙場要配套使用脫水篩呢？要知道經過洗砂機洗過的沙子并不是很干凈，沙子含泥量大且過濕（含水量大），并不符合對砂子泥含量低標準高的生產需要。因此需要配置脫水篩，砂石經由洗砂機清洗，再經過脫水篩二次水洗砂、水力分級、脫泥、脫水，實現合理的粒度配比，將含泥量降到0.7%以下。
